The East Troy Village Board’s information packet – usually used by the board to help make decisions – contained 84 pages of information, none of which pertained to the eminent domain issue.
The East Troy Village Board meeting agenda made no mention of eminent domain. The agenda item stated:
2. Property access at the end of Brooks Court, owned by Mary Pulliam (RXUP 00126, RXUP 00127 and RXUP 00128)
